Cranbrook College - 12/17 - Tennis, Dance, Football, Theatre An hour drive from London, founded in early 16th century, Elizabeth 1st developed it to be a prestigious and thriving college of now 700 students in which academic education is very important as well as art and theatre. As a matter of fact, the theatre was recently renovated. The college also has a swimming pool and a multisport gymnasium at our students’ disposal !! ACCOMMODATION The college has several buildings divided into large single, double or triple rooms, which are really appreciated by Cranbrook students. In each building, you can find a lounge, a little kitchen and of course, showers and toilets. ENGLISH CLASSES 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday in small groups of less than 15 students. Lessons are very interactive and based on conversation through subjects and situations chosen to help, stimulate and encourage the students. TENNIS 10 hours of tennis per week for beginners. Lessons are given by coaches graduated by the English Federation of Tennis. DANCE In a college where art is so important, dance takes a very important place. 12 hours of jazz and ballet dancing in ideal conditions. THEATRE 8 hours of theatre per week in order to perform on the weekend. This is the programme of our young actors and actresses, who will work in a theatre equivalent to our Parisian's. MULTI-ACTIVITIES 10 hours of multi-activities: group or individual sports (football, tennis etc..), gym, theatre and many other activities offered by Cranbrook INTENSIVE ENGLISH 2 additional hours in small groups (5 maximum) during which each student can try and solve his language problems.
