We propose in Barcelona the Luis Bruguera Tennis Academy, smaller than the Sanchez Academy but very efficient regarding the players' follow-up. The father of Sergi Bruguera is leading this academy with kindness, authority and efficiency. The prize list of Sergi is quite impressive : twice winner of Roland Garros and 6 times in the ATP Top 10 (n°3 in 1994).A lot of work, rigour, but also pleasure, humour, sweat....that's the Bruguera Academy ! ACCOMMODATION In residence, in the middle of the sports centre, ideal to control the students. This optimal situation allows them an absolute concentration, necessary for good work.This residence has a TV and video room. Laundry service 3 times a week. SUMMER CAMP Intensive tennis from 1 to 3 weeks. Daily training from 9h00 am to 5h00 pm, 3h15 on the courts, technical and tactical work, and 2h45 of physical preparation. After 5h15 pm, the players can register to language courses, english or spanish, or participate to varied activities like water sports, football... under supervision of the spanish coaches. Competitions are organised for players staying at least 2 weeks. During the weekend, the Academy proposes visits of Barcelona. TENNIS STUDIES AND TRAINING CAMP Very precised work, technically, tactically and physically.The big strength of spanish tennis is the capacity to stay 3 hours on the court to win a match.The academy also disposes of a psychology programme to improve the emotional control, personally and competitively. The "big plus" of this academy is the individual follow-up during the tennis tournaments.
