Almunecar - Host Family - 14/19 years old - Sailing/Windsurf,Diving,Golf,Riding,Multi-Activities

Almunecar is located in southern Spain on the Mediterranean coast, just 40 mn away from Malaga airport. Almunecar has a typical Spanish architecture and host families are very delighted with welcoming young foreigners as warmly as American families are.

ACCOMMODATION
Host family : full board in a room shared with a family's child or with a child from another nationality (german, swedish...). Families live just a few minutes walk from the school. 

SPANISH CLASSES
15 hours a week ; the qualified teachers belong to a language school opened during all year.

MULTI-ACTIVITIES
A busy programme with football, basketball, volleyball, canoe, sailing, windsurfing, diving, trekking, and fishing.
                                                                    
SAILING AND WINDSURFING
15 hours a week in La Herradura in a sailing school with some good equipment : Mistral F2, Starboard, Fanatic and Bic for the boards, North, Gunsails, Arrows, Naish in sailing and Hobie Cat and Prindle for the catas.

DIVING
Diving takes place in Almunecar in a very famous diving school in Spain. 15 hours a week. Possibility to pass the first 2 levels of the PADI. Goups of 8 maximum (average of 5).

HORSE-RIDING
10 hours of riding in the riding centre of la Herradura with professional coaches. Rides on the mountains, on the beach and near the rivers. Classes are for beginners and advanced riders.

EXCURSIONS/ANIMATIONS
Visit to Grenada or Malaga on Saturday. 
Evenings on the beach, tasting of tapas, cinema…
