  A TYPICAL DAY 

 •9 am : Breakfast in host family

• 9.30am : Grammar + vocabulary

• 10.30am : Comprehension exercices

• 11.30am : Roleplay with video (depending on the centre)

• 12.30pm : Lunch (Packed Lunch)

• 2pm - 5 pm : Sports Training

• 6pm - 8 pm : Dinner with host family

• 8 pm : Evening with host family or entertainment with our F.M. Sports et Langues leaders
