Language Courses
At the beginning of the stay, students have written and oral tests to determine their level and to put them into same-level groups.
2 to 4 fifty minute lessons per day of language classes, depending of the centers. The goal of this time segmentation is to optimise each classe and keep the student's attention.
Our experience in language teaching shows us that our students of the same age can have quite differing language skills for various reasons (those who have lived in an English-speaking country, or been to an international school, English begun in nursury school...). For these students, we have adapted "second generation classes", in order to make them progress in more precise linguistic fields.
TWO OBJECTIVES:
• To improve technical bases (vocabulary, grammar, idiomatic expressions) because we have noted, through the questionnaire we give to students, that a lot of them want to study grammatical groudwork.
• To develop speaking skills through roleplay : inquiries, market research, reading a paper, video used to test the accent, use of sports magazines and internet (depending on the centers).
THE FM ADVANTAGE
• A simple and efficient teaching method.
• Small classes.
• Competent and efficient qualified teachers, natives of the country.
• Use of teaching equipment : books, audio, video, sports magazines, computer science, depending on the centre
• Teacher evaluation at the end of the stay.
• Report given to parents.
